1. Submitting Your Weekly Timesheet
Instructions:
- Open the “Time Tracking” system.
- Enter your hours worked for each day of the week.
- Review your entries for accuracy.
- Select the “Submit Timesheet” button.
Notes:
- Submit your timesheet by Friday at 5:00 PM.
- Contact Payroll if you cannot access the system.
2. Requesting Time Off
Steps:
- Open the HR portal.
- Select “Time Off Requests.”
- Choose the start date and end date.
- Enter a reason for your request (optional).
- Select “Submit Request.”
After Submission:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Your manager will review and approve or deny the request.

Steps:
