About This Book

Introduction to Statistics for Engineers is designed to be used in a 10-week introductory course and is geared toward students majoring in engineering and the sciences. The goal is to create a free text which serves as a first experience with statistics and statistical thinking. Throughout the text, we will not focus on any particular type of technology to support calculations, so current and appropriate technology can be used at all times.

This book is adapted from open source materials and is a work in progress. See the attributions section. The text and examples will be continually updated and improved over time.
