When possible, the creators of the original content for this project have applied a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license to make it easy to reuse our work. Re-users should refer to the attributions and licenses at the end of each section for more detailed information about copyright, authorship, and licensing. Some authors incorporated content with more restrictive licenses. Creators were also free to choose other Creative Commons licenses when they felt it was appropriate.
