Chapter 3: Behavioral Change


When you think about going to work do you go because you want to be at your workplace or maybe you go because your job provides you with a paycheck? These are questions of what motivates you to work that we will explore in this module.

To continue developing strong human relations skills, we will learn about behavioral changes. In this chapter we will learn about types of motivation, how we can set goals and achieved them, how to improve our mindset and grit. Throughout this module, we will engage in activities to apply the human relations concepts we have learned.
